1. Disc Studio cannot and will not condone the copying, editing or otherwise tampering with the contents of copyrighted material. Some discs will be copy-protected or encrypted and we will be unable to access the contents. We reserve the right to seek assurance, either written or verbal at our discretion, that you (or the person(s)) you are acting on behalf of, have permission from the copyright holder to do what you want to with the disc and the material on it. We may also seek evidence of permission to copy music that is clearly protected by copyright.

Disc or Disk What’s the difference? Simple! - a disc is an optical media such as a CD or DVD. Disk is a magnetic media like a hard disk or a floppy disk.

Welcome to Oxford-based Disc Studio, dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of services related to CDs and DVDs.


We are not a large national operator. But we are a small, flexible company concentrating on quality rather than quantity. Most of our clients are on our doorstep - Hospitals, Universities, Science & Technology parks. We do work to the highest standards. Our state-of-the-art  automated CD/DVD copying & printing system ensures consistent, reliable quality. Of course we provide the usual CD and DVD copying and printing services, but we go a whole lot further when it comes to working with discs. We can extract audio or video tracks from a CD or DVD. Even DVD menus and subtitles can be extracted. We can then re-edit those tracks or incorporate them into entirely different projects. We can re-encode them to a totally different format. Whatever you may want taken from or adding to a disc or disk, we can probably do it.
